J&K Government Appoints MP Mian Altaf As Member Of J&K Haj Committee

Srinagar : Government of J&K on Friday appointed member of Parliament Mian Altaf as member of J&K Haj Committee.

“In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(1) and 18(1) of the Haj Committee Act, 2002 (35 of 2002) read with rule 20 of the Haj Committee Rules, 2002, the Government of J&K hereby appoints Mian Altaf Ahmad, Member of Parliament, Rajouri- Anantnag Parliamentary Constituency as member of the Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory Haj Committee.

“The term of the member shall be co-terminous with the members appointed vide notification S.O. 344 of 2022 dated 20.07.2022.
