Man held with 5 Kg Ganja

JAMMU, May 30: One person was arrested with five kilograms of Ganja from Subash Nagar area here today, officials said.
Acting on a tip off, Dau Lal of Chhattisgarh at present Mishriwala was arrested with the consignment by a joint team of District Special Branch (DSB) and Jammu and Kashmir Police around 4:30 PM from Subash Nagar area, they said.
He was accordingly booked under the relevant sections of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Bakshi Nagar and further investigation taken up, officials said.
