One held with stolen gold-silver, cash

DODA, Mar 11: Police here today solved a theft case registered at Police Station Gandoh.
After the case was registered in FIR No. 24/2026 under sections 331(4) and 305 of BNS regarding theft of gold items and cash, SSP Doda, Sandeep Mehta, constituted a team of cops from Police Station Gandoh and they worked under the supervision of SDPO Gandoh and SHO Gandoh.
During investigation, cops from Police Post Kahara, led by SHO Gandoh and assisted by IC PP Kahara, recovered stolen gold and silver items valued at about Rs. 2,00,000.
They also recovered cash amounting to Rs. 50,000 and arrested one person in this connection and started investigation.
